Hence, things to check before setting up APN.
1. A working mobile device that is turned on.
2. Vodafone PNG Sim Card inserted.
3. In a network coverage area.
If this three things are checked and still there is no data connection sign when turning onThe data, the APN is wrong or there is no APN.
To set APN navigate to your phone sesting > Connections > mobile networks > Access Point Names.
When the Access Point is empty tap on Add on the top right corner and fill in the information below.
Name: VF PNG internet
APN: internet
Authentication type: PAP
APN type: Default
APN Protocol: ipv4/ipv6
APN Roaming Protocol: ipv4
Tap save and trun on mobile data. Your device will show data connection sign showing you're successfully set your APN.
